Abstract: This research based on social capital and human capital discusses and opportunity Identification and entrepreneurial motivation and Incubator Counseling that the factors influence on newly nascent entrepreneur’s success and venture Factors of  Computing & Electronic Information Management  Industry in SIAT. Applying the data of SIAT enterprise as empirical samples, the object of the study is the critical success factors of Computing & Electronic Information Management Industry in SIAT. The purpose of the study is to illustrate how to establish and initiate the enterprise activities and basic conditions and why the businesses can be work out by the presentations of organizations’ activities. This study uses the empirical results to demonstrate the successful factors of newly nascent entrepreneurs on their businesses and to illustrate the meaning and practical assistance of the data of SIAT enterprise. The 4 most important criterion that the analytics value are: Industry-specific experience makes up 0.528 of the overall importance; industry-specific experience  make up 0.3207 of the overall importance; marketing information make up 0.0596 of the overall importance; Self-actualization makes up the 0.0567 of the overall importance.; And administrative services support makes up the 0.0467 of the overall importance.

Research on Maximum Power Tracking Algorithm for Photovoltaic System

Abstract: With the development of PV generation system, in this paper, a dynamic step length Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) algorithm based on optimal duty cycle is put forward. The algorithm realizes the optimal control automatically by tracking the duty cycle with the slope of power-voltage characteristic curve. In order to ensure the accuracy and precision of the MPPT algorithm, the step length of the duty cycle is determined by the distance from MPP (Maximum Power Point). A larger tracking duty cycle would be practiced when the operating point is away from the MPP, while a smaller one would be implemented when the operating point peaks close to the MPP. The validity of the improved MPPT algorithm is verified by the MATLAB simulation results. It is expected to enhance the accuracy of the optimal control of duty cycle with excellent dynamic performance and stability.

Multispectral Ship ROI Identification Algorithm Based on Spectral Context Feature

Abstract: There are various interferes such as clouds, waves, islands and coasts on multispectral remote sensing images sea background, which make ship detection more challenging. A ship ROI identification algorithm based on Spectral Context Feature is proposed in this paper. We presented corresponding object ROI region features based on the idea of axial division and symmetric division of ship object ROI. Then, we presented an object spectral band context and object symmetric context description based on spectral “Concave convex”, and an object symmetry context description based on gradient direction histogram. Secondly, we constructed spectral context feature combined with CCCD and symmetry context description. At last, we identified real ships ROI based on SVM classification. In the ship ROI identification problems, in order to reduce the high false alarm causing from lots of clouds waves coasts islands, etc., our proposed Spectral Context Feature method can yield superior performance than the existed algorithms in different resolution images. We presented CCCD algorithm and symmetry context description algorithm based on ship characteristics. The experiment results indicate that our algorithm has preferable adaptive performance, robustness.

Abstract: The culture of Huayao Dai custom has the unique national identity. We must combine the modern design idea and puduction mode to inherit and to develop this culture. Based on the analysis of the triangle pattern charicteristics of Huayao Dai custom, this thesis tried to apply Fractal Theory which generates Sierpinski Triangle to find nethods to design the nodern clothing patterns. Besides, this thesis approached the fast production procession of Huayao Dai custom pattern.

Abstract: Wireless city is the ideal state that the modern people pursue. However, this principle is mainly the result of the rapid development of the fourth generation technology (4G). Wireless communication technology is the focus of our attention. This paper mainly introduces the influence and model of wireless technology, the methods of anti-jamming, the multi-path propagation and the corresponding multi-path fading, and the affecting factors. In order to reduce the fading, we introduce multi-input multi-output (MIMO) technology, through whose characteristics are to achieve the purpose.

A Study of the Evidence Management Model Based on Virtual Trusted Platform

Abstract: In view of the problems that existing trusted virtual domain construction methods cannot meet the requirements of the flexible configuration of cloud computing and other properties, giving consideration to the requirements for the protection of original data in the process of obtaining electronic data forensic evidence, the paper proposes an evidence management model based on trusted virtual domain. The model combines TPM-related characteristics, adopts physical TPM to produce vTPM key for safe storage, under the request that the raw data is not used for the analysis of electronic data, after the data is transmitted to the analysis platform, existing vTPM key on the trusted storage platform is encrypted and transmitted to the analysis platform to decrypt the encrypted copy, analysis will be made by using the forensics analysis software on the analysis platform. The paper describes the implementation method of the evidence management platform model, verifies its security and integrity, and tests its performance; the test results show that the model can effectively achieve evidence management.

A Design for a Novel Child Monitoring System

Abstract: This design contains three major components: children’s vest with multiple sensors, wrist watch receiver for caretakers and data analysis software in PC. NRF24L01 is used as a transceiver module to transmit the information of children's body temperature, sweating and other physiological characteristics through wireless signals to the wrist watch of the caretaker. The parameter of the system can be adjusted to set up alarms. The software collects data and generates charts of physiological information in a timely manner and provide an overview of children’s growth.

Quantitative Analysis on the Influence of the Change of Industrial Structure to the Transportation Structure

Abstract: There is a strong correlation between economy and transport structure, the evolution of three industrial structure influence the adjustment of transportation structure. This paper taking Shanghai as an example, qualitative analysis of the current situation of Shanghai transportation structure and regional industrial structure. Then use grey relation degree approach, combine the industrial and transportation development-related data of Shanghai, quantitative analysis of the relevance of transport structure and industrial structure. The results of empirical analysis shows that there is a close connection between developments in transportation construction in Shanghai and three industrial development and adjustment of structural, development of transport structure will be adjusted according to the evolution of different degrees of change of industrial structure.

Design of Production Environment Monitoring System

Abstract: In view of the characteristics of complex industrial production environment, production environment monitor system is designed and the intelligent and humanization control is realized. The control variables of the system with temperature and humidity, light intensity, combustible gas, and other comprehensive factors, production environment monitoring and alarm is realized. Using DH11 and MQ-2 to collect the information for temperature, humidity sensors and combustible gas. The instruction and feedback are complete by controlling the exhaust fan, exhaust air spray valve, isolation door on-site control, indicator light and alarm etc. By NRF905 wireless module for data transmission. System can complete the production environment parameters collection, display, analysis, comparison and wireless transmission. Through adjust the action of actuators to ensure system stability and security environment, realizing the real-time monitoring manufacture.

The Approach of Graphical User Interface Testing Guided by Bayesian Model

Abstract: GUI (Graphical User Interface) is becoming increasingly important in the software field for the reason that it is a friendly way for the users to interact with the software through GUI. Testing in GUI, however, is faced with many challenges, due to the immense number of event interactions. Testing all possible event interactions is impossible, since the number of required test case is huge in numbers. GUI testing mainly serves two goals: First, to establish confidence in assessment of GUI; Second, to find that more software defects in GUI testing while limiting the number of test cases. For this purpose, any testing method must be better at detecting defects. This article proposed a new technique that can be used for GUI testing, which can guide the GUI testing and find more defects as soon as possible. In this paper, it introduces an approach of GUI testing guided by Bayesian model optimization scheme, discusses the Bayesian model topology and its issues encountered in the modeling process. It presents solutions in connection with the parameters problem. In the end, a simple case verifies the validity of the model during the GUI testing.

Exploring Data Communication at System Level through Reverse Engineering: A Case Study on USB Device Driver

Abstract: Interactions among operating system, drivers and peripheral devices are important for users to understand data communication at low system level, system architecture, and hardware programming. In this paper, we study low-level data communication and resource management by conducting the development of a USB device driver. A reverse engineering approach has been adopted in this study and we focus on exploring the USB protocol and developing a device driver for the Linux operating system. We have performed various experiments to evaluate the device driver from different aspects and all testing results are remarkably good. We believe this work can provide users a clear practical understanding of data communication from the hardware level to user-space applications as well as theoretical foundations to reproduce any unsupported peripheral hardware devices.

ECG Cell Automatic Diagnosis Based on Co-occurrence Matrices and SVM

Abstract: ECG cell is an important part of the immune system. According to the problem that manual operation is not efficient, a novel automatic classification of ECG cells is proposed in this paper. First, moment invariant based on Euclidean distance transform is extracted from nucleus area and morphological features are extracted from segmented cells. Then, monocytes, lymphocytes and basophils are distinguishing from the other samples using features extracted from the first step. Next, the gray level co-occurrence matrices (GLCM) are used as texture measure to classify the remaining classes via a Support Vector Machine (SVM). Experimental results show that the proposed approach provided good classification accuracy, and sufficiently fast to be used in hematological laboratories.

Integration Research on Online and Offline Agricultural Products

Abstract: In order to study the spatial structure and research the distribution characters of coastal tourism resources in Hebei Province, the paper took 151 units as study subjects to comprehensive analysis the space structure conditions of coastal tourism resources by the method of summarize. The results were shown that, except 9 units in every coastal cities, there were 151 units of coastal tourism resources in Hebei Province, and the other 142 units were in different area. 3 kind coastal physiognomies, rock coast and sand coast plain and plain muddy coast, were matched with the spatial distribution conditions of tourism resources. Meanwhile, they were matched with each other between economic development level and the spatial distribution conditions of tourism resources. The best matched-degree was Qinhuangdao City, and the second one was Tangshan City, and the last one was Cangzhou City because it was developed later than the other 2 cities.

Research of System Modeling and Controller Design for Heat Exchanger Model

Abstract: First-Order plus Delay-Time (FOPDT) model approximation can be carried out through either a kind of model reduction approach or a kind of system identification approach. In industrial applications heat exchanger plays a very vital role. In heat exchanger model controlling temperature range and achieving a desired temperature is a very complicated process. We can use different controlling techniques to achieve desired temperature. In this paper comparison of step response of Ziegler-Nichols PID controller (Method II), Cohen-Coon Method and Fuzzy logic controller has been developed for a heat exchanger model. A First-Order plus time delay system is very common in modern industry. For this particular model MATLAB simulations are carried out and responses are obtained for PID and Fuzzy Logic Controller.

A Study on the Operating Characteristic of High-power LED Drive Circuit Based on NCP1200

Abstract: This paper proposes a high-power LED driver circuit with economical high power factor based on universal chip NCP1200. NCP1200 itself doesn’t have the function of APFC, however, by adding a simple amplitude control circuit in the periphery without using special dedicated APFC chip, the APFC rectification mode can be achieved at work, which greatly reduce the pulse current caused by first-time rectification, the power factor can be as high as 98%, and it can achieve the goal of constant current drive in the meantime. The designed circuit is simple, low cost, stable and reliable work ability and it has high cost performance.

Abstract: Travelling Salesman Problem (TSP) is a NP problem in graph theory in computer science. It is an optimization problem. Genetic Algorithm GA is an evolutionary algorithm that can solve TSP. In this paper a hybrid crossover technique by combining Ordered Crossover-1 (OX1) and greedy approach is proposed to solve TSP using Genetic Algorithm. The results shows that the proposed algorithm solve TSP in a better way as compared to the existing techniques.

Abstract: The latest development in induction motor speed control is the Sensor less control technique. Controlled ac drives in the case of ‘Sensor less control’ without mechanical sensors for speed (or) motor shaft position have the attraction of lower cost and high reliability. With the sensor less speed control technique the speed information is obtained without the use of speed or position sensor. In this paper we are studying different types of speed control techniques and estimation of sensor less induction motor.
