Abstract:
Acquisition of accurate performance parameters in MAV electric propulsion unit
was the precondition of designing flight control system. Established a test
system on the basis of LabWindows/CVI for electric propulsion unit of MAV, also
combined with MATLAB system identification toolbox, carried on the research of
parameter identification. Supposed that the electric propulsion unit was a
second-order object, provided a simplified SISO transfer function model.
Conducted an online test for a certain type of electric propulsion unit,
transmitted multi-channel data acquisition through the crossover cable to the
computer, parsed out time variable dynamic curve of the thrust and torque.
According to the test data, obtained the offline identification and online identification
respectively. The experimental results showed that the test system of higher
precision, real-time performance, lower cost, also added the function such as
file transfer, dynamic display and rapid identification, which can replace
traditional instruments for the test and identification of electric propulsion
unit..

Abstract: The paper analyses the deficiencies in the construction of a multistoried RC framed building and assessed the real strength gained by the RC elements like columns, beams and slabs. Nondestructive tests were conducted and representative cylindrical core samples were taken out from the RC elements and analyzed in the standard laboratory. The results compared with IS 456:2000 reveals that the major parts of slabs in ground, first and second floor from the RC elements in the structure are satisfying the minimum concrete grade M20. However, some of the columns in ground, first and second floor are not satisfying the minimum concrete grade M20 that required as per IS 456:2000. This structure requires immediate attention of strengthening the existing RC columns by adopting suitable rehabilitation techniques.

Abstract:
Effect of corrosive medium temperature on performance degradation of 90/10
Cu-Ni alloy in seawater has been studied by potentiodynamic polarization and
electrochemical impedance spectroscopy combined with surface morphology
observation. The results show that, once the corrosion is stable, the impedance
radius, charge transfer resistance and polarization resistance gradually
increase with raising of corrosive medium temperature; in contrast, the
corrosion potential, corrosion current density and corrosion rate decrease with
the temperature increases.

Abstract: Hyperbolic
localization based on Time Difference of Arrival (TDOA), is a widespread method
for Wireless Sensor Networks (WSN) localization, and has its advantage in high
accuracy, robust performance and low requirement for equipment. However, it
always involves quite a problem in solving nonlinear over-determined equations.
Two-step Weighed Least-square With Lagrange Multiplier (TWLS-WLM) proposed in
this paper, deals with hyperbola’s polar coordinate formula, and converts
localization into seeking polar angle and polar radius of curves’ intersection.
Source node’s location is estimated in two steps: First, linearized equations
concerning polar angles cosine and sine are obtained by using elimination
method, then Least Square Estimation (LSE) of angular parameters is made with
Lagrange method; Secondly, Weighed Least Square Estimation (WLSE) of polar
radius is obtained by applying the estimated information of polar angle in
hyperbola’s polar coordinate formula. This algorithm is theoretically
iteration-free, and can provide analytical solution with moderate calculation.
Simulation results show that it presents location estimate with relatively high
accuracy, covers effectively beyond anchor-formed region, and especially serves
well 2D hyperbolic localization in WSN.

Abstract:
Plum petals mechanism is a new kind of bottle distributing mechanism, it is a
clever combination of cam, gear and four-bar linkage, and makes the plum petals
achieve a variety of motion states in a revolving cycle .This paper describes
the technological process that plum petals divide the bottles, analyzes the
transmission principle. And the relationship between polar radius of cam curve
and angular velocity of plum petals has been achieved according to the
establishment of kinematics equations, providing theoretical foundations for
cam curve designs of the plum petals and the similar combination mechanisms.
Through the motion simulation of the plum petals bottle distributing mechanism,
the reason of the phenomena of bottles clamping and broken in the engineering
application has been found out and the corresponding solutions also have been
put forward.

Abstract:
The thesis introduces some relative concepts about Network Cybernetics, and we
design and realize a new info-net security controlling system based on Network
Cybernetics. The system can control the endpoints, safely save files, encrypt
communication, supervise actions of users and show security conditions, in
order to realize full-scale security management. At last, we simulate the
functions of the system. The results show, the system can ensure the
controllability of users and devices, and supervise them real-time. The system
can maximize the security of the network and users.

Abstract:
In recent three years, studying on absorptive/transmission frequency selective
radome attracts many researchers’ eyes. This paper reviews different shape of
frequency selective unit cell used in the absorptive/transmission frequency
selective radome. The absorptive/transmissive frequency selective radome design
method based on the impedance matching is introduced briefly. The unit cells of frequency selective surface
studied in this paper include square loop, double square loop, incurved square
loop and meanderline polarizer. Through simulation in CST MW Studio, electric
field and current distribution on the metal strips are easily obtained and
their equivalent circuits of different unit cells of frequency selective
surface are derived. The values of the lump elements are calculated through
fitting the transmission curve got by simulation in CST with the transmission
curve got by lumped model in ADS.

Abstract:
This paper presents the results of static load tests carried out on a model
plane frame with plinth beam founded on pile groups embedded in the
cohesionless soil (sand). The response of the superstructure considered include
the displacements, rotations, shear forces and moments in the frame. Comparison
of the interactive behavior from the experimental results has been made with
the behavior from conventional method. Results revealed that the shear force
and bending moment in the considerably because of soil interaction. It is also
found that, as the rigidity of the plinth beam reduces the shear force and
bending moment values from the experimental results have shown considerable
reduction. The response of the system from the conventional method of analysis
is always on higher side irrespective of level of loading which emphasizes the
need for consideration of building frame-pile foundation-soil interaction and
reduction of rigidity of plinth beam.

Abstract:
In complex indoor wireless environment, there are strong decline and multipath
effect. Traditional GSM positioning and GPS positioning cannot perform well in
indoor environment. At the same time, indoor positioning requires an acceptable
precision in known little scope. In indoor environment, to measure RSSI
(Received Signal Strength Indicator) as an index, using the algorithm based on distance
or the distance model makes us easier to use and research. So it is of great
importance to research the positioning algorithm applied in indoor positioning.
At first, this paper introduces different positioning algorithms, and then
provides the traditional algorithm based on RSSI, and lastly analyzes the
improved positioning algorithm based on RSSI.

Abstract: The

Professor Yang Yusheng, Professor Li Shidong, these prolonged reputation
infringement dispute series case verdict have taken effect. It's the most
visual to say that these series of case present confrontation between the
scholar's reputation and academic criticism, its essence is that a kind of
current judicial practice does not define rights of the legal status in fact–
the subtle interaction of academic critical rights and scholar's reputation and
the legal boundary between them. This not only involves legal boundary of the
academic critical right, also relates to the legal boundary issues of scholar's
reputation. Therefore, this article takes the nature of the academic critical
right, the boundary between academic critical right and scholar's reputation,
the identified standards of this boundary for theoretical discussion. At the
same time, taking the verdict of the first trial in these series of case for
example, the handling of related problems of written judgment and the author's
comments are mixed in the argument process.

private lending is an important flow of private capital, as a direct and
flexible financing model, which is an important financing channels for SMEs for
economic development has played a positive effect. But private lending in the
enterprise actual production process there have been many problems, but still
has not been officially recognized, the lack of legal protection, there is no
legal status. SMEs are the main socio-economic development, development of SMEs
are also increasingly valued by the people. Current SMEs, particularly SME
financing status of rural economic development is also an urgent need to solve
the problem, how to crack the private lending to small and medium enterprises
financing difficulties brought new ideas. This paper describes the current
